BiosBrickbyBrick International is composed of like-minded people with the collective aim to work in the promotion of agro-farming and education of children in the early ages of their life.
These are people who have diverse interests in the creation of educational opportunities for marginalised populations in the rural areas of the Gambia.
Education and agro-farming projects are therefore regarded as important steps in tackling the gap between educated and non- educated by intervening in supporting children from margialised and poor families, to have access to education in the early stages of their lives. We are also obliged working towards poverty and hunger reduction strategies with tangible projects among the civil population with the introduction of modern farming methods to boost production in agricultural practices in The Gambia.
The functions of the administrators are therefore to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity through tasks like communication management, scheduling, document control, and resource coordination. They support HR, finance, and leadership by handling data entry, office logistics, and record-keeping, serving as a vital link for smooth operations.
